Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We will however offer a Refund or exchange should a product have a major fault that was not mentioned in the description of the product. Please email sales@thechippyshop.com.au should you have any concerns with any of your products purchased from us. We will pay for postage where an item is considered faulty or damaged.

Please also note, some of our products are handmade which can occasionally result in imperfections; these imperfections will not considered a fault and we will not refund or exchange under these circumstances.
